Our very own Iron Goddess Smoothie

Smoothies are quick and easy to fix and you can have them anytime of the day. Yes, they are not
only great for breakfast or that post-workout snack but simply when you feel like having one.

If you are one fan of matcha or tea smoothie, chances are you will like this version with our
Iron Goddess tea ( No 2, Smooth Floral Touch) for the same refreshing goodness.
Read on for the simple recipe. 

Iron Goddess Tea Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- 150g natural yogurt
- 4g iron goddess tea (No 2, Smooth Floral Touch)
You can infused the tea leaves in 1/4 cup boiling water for 1/2 hour, or use a spice grinder to grind it to a powder form)
- (Optional) 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- (Optional) Sweetener to taste
- crushed ice or cubes

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
Blend until the mixture is smooth and even, stopping to stir if necessary.
Pour into a glass and serve.
