Make Iron Goddess tea the easy way

This tea is easily brewed by rinsing 3-4g of tea in boiling water for 2-3 seconds followed by steeping in 200ml of hot water for another 2-3 minutes. Increase by 1 minute for the  next water refill. You may use a teapot of infuser. For better tasting tea, use the Chinese "Gongfu" brewing technique which brings out the best aroma and texture.

What you need?
We recommend using the "Gai Wan" (or "lidded bowl") as it is perfectly measured for great tasting tea. The basic set comprises the lidded bowl and tea cups. For a more complete experience, you may include a tea mesh and tea pitcher.
